Serra actively engages with senior colleagues, assisting in drafting articles, managing client communications, and conducting preliminary research to support both clients and attorneys. She collaborates closely with the team to enhance the quality and effectiveness of their work. Her professional interests include corporate and commercial law, IT law, data protection, and compliance.
After graduating with third-degree honors from the Turkish-German University Faculty of Law, Serra interned at law firms specializing in competition law and IT law, where she enhanced her theoretical knowledge with practical experience. During her Erasmus internship in Germany, she gained an international perspective that allowed her to assess legal practices through a comparative approach. Serra also worked in the legal department of a global company, where she actively participated in corporate law and compliance processes. This experience provided her with valuable insights into different business cultures and the in-house working environment.
Additionally, she developed general assembly voting systems using blockchain technology for a competition, achieving a notable ranking. Furthermore, she served as a tutor for the Law of Obligations course at the Turkish-German University for two semesters, providing academic support to students and enhancing her communication skills.
