Abdullah Kılınç

Abdullah Kılınç specializes in international tax structuring, mergers and acquisitions, due diligence projects, tax modeling, and compliance work.

A 2005 graduate of Middle East Technical University’s Department of Business Administration, Abdullah began his career at PwC Istanbul’s tax advisory department, where he served in various roles over nine years. In 2014, he joined Yıldırım Group of Companies as a Tax Manager, tasked with establishing and leading a tax team. Over the years, he advanced to Tax Director, overseeing a global tax team responsible for operations across 15 countries and five industries, with a presence in Turkey, the Netherlands, Switzerland, Colombia, and Kazakhstan.

In his role as Tax Director, Abdullah also represented the buy-side in numerous M&A transactions across the Americas, Europe, and Asia, focusing on tax and structuring issues. He participated in and managed cross-border transaction teams, ensuring smooth and efficient processes.

In 2021, Abdullah founded Kılınç Advisory. His experience spans the e-commerce, industrial, holding, and tourism sectors. Additionally, he provides independent consultancy as a finance manager and advisor for multinational venture capital structures and publicly traded entities.

Abdullah is a member of the Istanbul Bar Association and the Istanbul Chamber of Certified Public Accountants
