Aleyna provides comprehensive legal support across various areas of the law, including corporate, employment, commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and arbitration. She advises local and international clients in various industries, including tourism, technology, construction, and media & entertainment.
Beyond her core legal practice, Aleyna actively engages in a range of projects related to corporate governance, administrative transactions, risk management, and broader business law concerns. Her responsibilities often entail preparing and revising commercial agreements, drafting petitions, representing clients before government agencies, and conducting legal research. Aleyna consistently strives to expand her expertise across diverse legal areas to provide comprehensive counsel to clients and effectively mitigate commercial risks.
Before joining the CBC Law team, Aleyna gained valuable experience through internships at two esteemed Turkish law firms specializing in corporate and commercial law, as well as intellectual property. Additionally, she is an active member of AIESEC, an international non-governmental organization operating as an independent arm of the UN DPI. Furthermore, she volunteered as a teacher for a project based in Zagreb, Croatia.
