Şevval Naz Mert

Şevval Naz supports the team through legal research, the preparation of legal documents, and work on a broad range of matters across different practice areas. Her practice interests are particularly focused on international arbitration, commercial law, and international business law.

Before joining CBC Law, she completed internships at several law firms, where she gained practical experience and further developed her legal research, drafting, and litigation skills. Alongside her legal studies, she participated in the Kadir Has University International Law of the Sea Summer Academy and the Intellectual Property School, further broadening her academic exposure to international and commercial legal matters.

Şevval Naz completed her LLM in International Business and Commercial Law from the University of Nottingham in September 2026. Her postgraduate studies, together with her professional experience, have further developed her interest in cross-border commercial matters and international dispute resolution.
