Sıla Evrim Atar

Sıla focuses her practice on dispute resolution and corporate advisory at CBC Law. Throughout her career, she has provided legal consultancy and litigation services to both domestic and international clients across a wide range of areas, including commercial law, law of obligations, labor law, and enforcement and bankruptcy law.

Sıla’s professional experience further encompasses managing general assembly and board of directors’ procedures, as well as handling trade registry transactions. Additionally, she has supported companies operating in the technology and finance sectors regarding contractual consultancy and regulatory compliance. In this context, she also serves as a MASAK Compliance Officer, providing specialized guidance on Turkish AML (Anti-Money Laundering) legislation. She has represented clients from various sectors, such as industry, construction, and retail, in complex commercial disputes.

Sıla is currently pursuing her LL.M. in Private Law at Kadir Has University, where she is conducting her thesis research on corporate law. During her undergraduate years, she served as the President of the Ankara University Debate Society and developed strong legal analysis and strategic dispute management skills through her achievements in numerous national tournaments.
