Dr. Esra Erbil

Dr. Esra Erbil is a leadership development and organizational psychology expert who seamlessly combines the rigor of academia with the realities of global business. With over 20 years of leadership experience across energy, pharmaceuticals, construction, and luxury goods sectors, she has led transformative initiatives in corporate and marketing communications, brand strategy, customer experience, and sustainability.

Fluent in cross-cultural leadership, she leverages her PhD in Psychology and Master’s Degree in Organizational Psychology to design evidence-based training and consultancy programs in leadership, developing a strong compliance culture, emotional intelligence, employee engagement, communication, and resilience. An experienced university lecturer, she teaches courses such as Organizational Behavior, Industrial and Organizational Psychology, Social Psychology, Interviewing Techniques, and Career Development.

A published researcher, Dr. Erbil empowers organizations to unlock potential, drive change, and build thriving workplace cultures. Holding a BA in Political Science from Galatasaray University, she earned her Master’s Degree from Istanbul Bilgi University and her PhD from Maltepe University. She is fluent in Turkish, English, and French.
