We are seeking a Litigation Lawyer with at least 5 years of experience to join our team and work on a high-volume litigation caseload, primarily in enforcement proceedings, commercial receivables, consumer law, and employment law.

 Key Responsibilities

  • Initiate, manage, and conclude enforcement proceedings, including those with or without court judgments and negotiable instruments
  • Handle all stages of litigation arising from commercial receivables, consumer law, and employment law, including pleadings, evidence submissions, expert reports, site inspections, hearings, and related processes
  • Manage and track multiple cases simultaneously, ensuring effective file and portfolio management
  • Actively participate in hearings, site inspections, and procedures before enforcement offices
  • Maintain client correspondence, reporting, and regular case status updates
  • Support other dispute resolution processes when required

 Qualifications

  • Graduate of a Faculty of Law in Türkiye, licensed and registered with a bar association
  • Minimum 5 years of litigation and enforcement experience, preferably in a mid-to-large law firm or in-house legal department
  • Fluent in English (spoken and written)
  • Hands-on experience in the following areas:

- Enforcement & Bankruptcy Law and enforcement proceedings

- Commercial receivables litigation

- Consumer law disputes

- Employment law (employee–employer disputes, compensation claims, reinstatement lawsuits, etc.)

  • Proven ability to manage high-volume case portfolios; practical, fast, and detail-oriented
  • Strong familiarity with courthouse procedures, enforcement offices, and hearing processes, with active on-the-ground experience
  • Proficient in UYAP, e-notification (e-tebligat), KEP, and similar digital legal systems
  • Strong team player; able to take ownership and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment
