Altug Ozgun Receives Mondaq Thought Leadership Award

CBC Law partner Altug Ozgun has been awarded two Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards as one of Türkiye’s most well-read authors on Mondaq.com this year.

The awards are in recognition of Altug’s articles “ESG Investing Regulations: A Comparative Analysis Of Europe And Türkiye”, which was co-authored by CBC Law associate, Atakan Gungordu and “Healthcare Series: 11: Data Exclusivity For Pharmaceutical Companies in Türkiye”, which was co-authored with an associate, Burcu Seven. The finance and banking ESG article gave a timely and in-depth analysis of environmental, social and governance investment, which has seen a significant uptick during the Covid-19 pandemic, and the IP article focused on data exclusivity in the pharmaceutical industry.

The Mondaq Thought Leadership Awards were launched this year, to celebrate Mondaq.com’s “top authors based on total readership between April and September 2021”.
