Enes advises domestic and international clients in the technology, construction, real estate, and transportation sectors on corporate and commercial matters, with a particular focus on compliance and risk management. His practice also encompasses private international law and cross-border transactional work.
He counsels clients on corporate governance, transactional structuring, and regulatory and business law issues, assisting them in designing effective operational frameworks and mitigating commercial and legal risks. Enes regularly advises on trade compliance, economic sanctions, and white-collar crime prevention, and is actively involved in drafting and negotiating a wide range of commercial agreements.
Enes frequently provides strategic guidance on compliance and cross-border legal issues, drawing on his experience with multi-jurisdictional mandates. He holds an LL.M. from the University of Bristol and has a strong understanding of English law, which enables him to support clients on matters involving both Turkish and foreign legal systems. He is currently in the process of admission as a solicitor in England and Wales, having recently passed the SQE exam.
