Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage Corporate & Compliance projects, ensuring the delivery of top-tier legal solutions and client satisfaction.
- Provide expert legal advice in corporate governance, compliance, and related practice areas.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to ensure well-informed decision-making.
- Represent the firm and its clients in negotiations, legal proceedings, forums, etc.
- Engage in client relationship management and business development activities.
Job Qualifications:
- A minimum of 8 years of pertinent experience as a practicing lawyer, with a demonstrable track record in corporate law and compliance matters.
- Member of the Turkish Bar Association with a valid license
- Proven team management experience with the ability to foster a collaborative and positive working environment.
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Technical knowledge and the confidence to represent clients in related practice areas
- Excellent command of written and spoken English to IELTS/TOEFL standards. Knowledge of another language is also desirable but not essential.
- An outgoing attitude with strong communication skills and an eagerness to learn

Article 27.11.2025Dövizle Sözleşme Yasağında Güncel Gelişmeler ve Yaptırımlar
Türk Parası Kıymetini Koruma Hakkında 32 Sayılı Karara İlişkin Tebliğ (Tebliğ No: 2008-32/34) uyarınca, birçok sözleşme türünde bedel ve diğer ödeme yükümlülükleri, döviz cinsinden veya dövize endeksli belirlenememektedir. Dövizle sözleşme yasağı, 6 Mart 2025'te yapılan değişiklik ile -taşıt hariç- menkul satış sözleşmeleri için kaldırılsa da yaptırımları açısından önemini korumaktadır. 2025 yılında idari para cezası 72.252,00 TL ile 602.778,00 TL arasında değişmektedir. Yasağın ihlali halinde sözleşmeye etkisi ise hala tartışma konusudur. Yargıtay'ın güncel kararları ise ilgili tebliğin kamu düzeninden kaynaklandığından hareketle sözleşmenin geçersizliğine vurgu yapmaktadır.

Article 19.11.2025Biyometrik Veri İşleme Suretiyle Mesai Takibi
Biyometrik veriler; parmak izi, yüz, avuç içi, retina gibi kişiyi diğerinden ayıran, biricik ve genellikle bir ömür boyu değişmeyen özel nitelikli kişisel verilerdir. Teknolojinin gelişmesiyle işverenler, mesai takibi amacıyla çalışanların biyometrik verilerini işlemeye başlamıştır. Ancak Danıştay ve Kişisel Verileri Koruma Kurulu; manyetik kart okuma, imza çizelgesi, mobil onay gibi daha az müdahaleci alternatifler varken biyometrik yöntemler ile mesai takibini çoğu durumda hukuka aykırı bulmaktadır. Öyleyse işverenler; hukuki, idari ve cezai yaptırım riski taşıyan biyometrik veri işleme faaliyetlerini bu kapsamda gözden geçirmelidir.

Resmi Gazete’de yayımlanan “Sağlık Hizmetlerinde Tanıtım ve Bilgilendirme Faaliyetleri Hakkında Yönetmelik” ile, sağlık meslek mensupları, özel sağlık tesisleri ve uluslararası sağlık turizmi aktörlerinin tanıtım-bilgilendirme faaliyetlerini sıkı kurallara bağlanmış; yalnızca uzmanlık alanlarında, etik ve bilimsel ilkelere uygun tanıtıma izin verilmiştir. Bu doğrultuda sertifika temelli unvanlar, hasta memnuniyeti içerikleri, sponsorlu veya marka odaklı paylaşımlar, indirim–promosyon duyuruları ve 6698 sayılı Kişisel Verilerin Korunması Kanunu’na aykırı tanıtımlar yasaklanmıştır.

Legal Alert 13.11.2025The Artificial Intelligence Bill of Law Is on the Agenda
The Bill of Law on Amendments to the Turkish Penal Code No. 5237 dated 26/9/2004 and Certain Laws (“Bill”), submitted to the Grand National Assembly of Turkey (TBMM) on 23 July 2025 and currently under committee review, introduces a legal definition of artificial intelligence (“AI”) and clarifies the applicable liability framework. In this context, the Bill establishes separate penalties for users and developers, imposes a six-hour intervention requirement and a permanent labelling obligation for deepfake content, classifies the use of discriminatory data sets as a violation, and authorizes the Information and Communication Technologies Authority (ICTA) to issue access-blocking orders and impose administrative fines of up to TRY 10 million. It also introduces obligations for AI service providers, including ensuring transparency of training data sets and implementing content-verification mechanisms. Through these measures, the Bill aims to enact a series of regulatory amendments governing the development and use of AI technologies.
