Bu kapsamda, şirketlerin öncelikle durum tespiti yaparak, etkili davranış kuralları oluşturması, yeşil dönüşüme yatırım yapması, raporlama mekanizmaları geliştirmesi ve düzenli raporlama yapması gerekmektedir. CSDDD, sadece bir uyum yükümlülüğü değil, aynı zamanda etik bir çerçeve ve iş fırsatları sunarak uzun vadeli başarıya önemli bir katkı sağlamaktadır.
